The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Hydro Research Foundation to establish a competitive Hydro Fellowship Program (HFP) to support graduate student research and academic interest in research and careers in conventional and/or pumped-storage hydropower. The HFP would provide 10-15 grants for one-to-two year periods of study.
