April Ladd is PPPO's Acting Deputy Manager. Ms. Ladd is a PMP-Certified Project Manager and a certified Federal Project Director with over 15 years of experience working complex projects in the nuclear industry. She was formerly the Federal Project Director for Stabilization and Deactivation activities at Paducah. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
