Charles T. Moran is the Associate Administrator for External Affairs. He has 20+ years of working in the political/non-profit fundraising consulting industry and organizational management before moving to Washington DC to take over leadership of a national advocacy organization.
Mr. Moran has developed a reputation of providing bold and principled leadership in high-visibility, high-pressure environments. His proven strengths include building durable stakeholder relationships, designing and executing comprehensive persuasion campaigns and grounded public policy analysis. He appears frequently on national and international cable news networks to opine on political/policy issues and is a trusted source for sound analysis of current events and political strategy.
A native of Los Angeles, Mr. Moran holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Occidental College and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University’s School of Public Policy.
