Bonnie Baisden serves as the Director of the NNSA Office of Civil Rights, a position she has held since March 2016.
Reporting directly to the NNSA Administrator, Ms. Baisden is responsible for the direction of the NNSA’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program under 29 C.F.R. Part 1614. Ms. Baisden is responsible for managing the NNSA’s EEO Program in the execution and enforcement of Federal EEO laws and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission directives and requirements.
Ms. Baisden has more than three decades of federal service, as an EEO Specialist, Deputy EEO Director, Information Security Specialist, federally certified and New Mexico state-certified Law Enforcement Officer, and as a retired military service member (U.S. Army) with 25 years of uniformed service.
