The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has proposed replacing wood poles and associated structural components for two of BPA’s existing transmission lines that generally share the same transmission line right-of-way – the 115-kilovolt (kV) Albany-Burnt Woods No. 1 transmission line and a portion of the 230-kV Santiam-Toledo No. 1 transmission line, both of which are located in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties, Oregon.

In response to a request from Colorado Springs Utilities (Springs Utilities), the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), an agency of the Department of the Interior, is considering entering into a Green Mountain Reservoir Substitution Agreement with Springs Utilities and a Power Interference Agreement with Springs Utilities and Western Area Power Administration (WAPA). The execution of the proposed agreements would allow Springs Utilities to provide a reliable source of municipal water to the citizen owners and customers of Springs Utilities.

The City of Burbank currently operates a 12 kilogram per day 350 bar hydrogen generation and fueling station at its public works yard. The proposed Burbank hydrogen fueling station involves removal and replacement of the existing hydrogen fueling station equipment in order to utilize updated technology and meet a limited increase in demand for hydrogen fuel.
