IMPORTANT NOTE: WHETHER YOUR PURCHASE WAS MADE BEFORE OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2023

The cards below include incentives for energy products or services purchased on or after January 1, 2023. To see a list of incentives available for purchases made in 2022 or before, read ENERGY STAR’s tax credit information page.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SOME INCENTIVES ARE SUBJECT TO A CUMULATIVE, ANNUAL CAP PER TAXPAYER. HOWEVER, SAVINGS ARE AVAILABLE EVERY YEAR

Flip cards with the following symbol (🗓️) are subject to a cumulative, annual cap of $1,200 per taxpayer. For example, in one calendar year you could potentially get a $600 credit for an energy efficient air-conditioner and a $600 credit for energy-efficient heating equipment, and you will have reached your maximum credit for the incentives subject to this cap. But the good news is: this cap resets every year AND you can continue to take advantage of other incentives not subject to the cap. A full list of the incentives subject to an annual cap can be found below in the FAQ section.
