Western Area Power Administration (Western) – with USDA Forest Service, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest, as a cooperating agency – prepared this final EIS that analyzes the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to rebuild and upgrade two 115-kilovolt single-circuit transmission lines between the Flatiron Substation and the intersection of Mall Road and U.S. Highway 36 in Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado.
