Santiam-Bethel Tap 230 kV Transmission Line Project
Bonneville Power Administration issued final DOE/EA-1366 for the proposed rebuilding of the first 17 miles of the Santiam-Chemawa transmission line from Santiam Substation to the line’s connection to Portland General Electric’s Bethel Substation. The final EA consists of errata pages and the preliminary (draft EA).
