DOE prepared this Supplement Analysis to support the analysis of the need for a supplement to the Idaho High-Level Waste and Facilities Disposition Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) (DOE/EIS-0287, Final EIS) in consideration of the proposed action of constructing and operating a second Product Storage Building (PSB-II) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) Site- Idaho Nuclear Technology and Engineering Center (INTEC) for the Integrated Waste Treatment Unit (IWTU) facility. It will also include modification of the existing Product Storage Building (PSB-I) to allow the transfer of product storage vaults into a connecting breezeway between PSB-I and PSB-II.
