The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Idaho Operations Office issued an environmental assessment (EA) for the Development of the Energy Technology Proving Ground (DOE/EA-2312). The EA assesses the potential environmental impacts associated with the development of enabling infrastructure and a range of research and support facilities within a defined footprint at Idaho National Laboratory (INL).
