The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), with DOE as a cooperating agency, issued an EA for the Corpus Christi Liquefaction Midscale Trains 8 & 9 Project (DOE/EA-2294), which evaluates the potential environmental effects of constructing and operating an expansion of the previously authorized Liquefaction Project and Stage 3 Project facilities in San Patricio and Nueces Counties, Texas.
