Phase 2 Implementation Plan (P2IP); Multiple Counties in Washington State
The co-lead agencies invites the public to provide comments for consideration in developing the programmatic EA. The Bureau of Reclamation issued the attached letter to notify interested parties about the project. This public scoping period also will meet our public involvement obligation under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The public scoping period will be open from February 9, 2024, to March 11, 2024.
