Columbia River Basin Tributary Habitat Restoration Program; ​Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada

Based on Columbia River Basin Tributary Habitat Restoration Program EA (DOE/EA-2126), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) with the Bureau of Reclamation as a cooperating agency, issued a finding of no significant impact for the programmatic EA to evaluate the potential impacts of certain categories of habitat restoration actions in the tributaries of the Columbia River in the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, western Montana, and northern Nevada.
