DOE/EA-2100: Finding of No Significant Impact and Mitigation Action Plan

Longley Meadows Fish Habitat Enhancement Project; Union County, Oregon

Based on DOE/EA-2100, prepared jointly by Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and the United States Forest Service, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, for a river restoration project along the Grand Ronde River in Union County, Oregon, BPA issued a finding of no significant impact, which includes a mitigation action plan.
