  • DOE completed the Final Environmental Assessment for the Texas A&M University Combined Heat and power Project, College Station, Texas (DOE/EA-1775). Based on the analyses in the EA, DOE determined that its proposed action-awarding a federal grant to Texas A&A University to facilitate installatino and operation of a high-efficiency combined heat and power system that would produce steam for heating and cooling as well as generate electricity-would result in no significant adverse impacts.
