This project establishes a staging area for N3B to store pallets at Technical Area 03, Ion Beam Facility, for use on various N3B Aggregate Area remediation projects. N3B will use equipment such as pickup trucks, flatbeds, and telehandlers with forks to move the pallets to and from the laydown area. The pallets are used to aid in the movement of super sack waste bags containing soil to- and from- trucks at project sites (elsewhere than at this staging area).
