The Power Burst Facility (PBF) building 612 (PBF-612) is outdated and needs to be modernized. The proposed action would upgrade electrical power, communications, lighting, and plumbing in PBF-612. Project activities include drywall removal and replacement and replacement of exterior doors. Interior painting would also be completed. Unused legacy equipment would be removed and dispositioned as appropriate. This equipment would include old plumbing fixtures, electrical distribution equipment, conduit and wiring, etc. Work on the building exterior would include removing and replacing temporary wiring, repairing exterior lights, and removing unneeded equipment.
