The compressed air system at the Central Facilities Area (CFA) Big Shop, building CFA-696, does not provide adequate air for facility needs. The proposed action would upgrade the compressed air system with a new electrical compressed air system. The scope consists of the proposed action includes the following: remove old air piping, equipment and components; install new compressed air equipment and components and condensate piping; install new electrical circuits and components; and test piping systems.
