The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to address uneven surfaces in the Integrated Biorefinery Research Facility (IBRF) and Thermal Test Facility (TTF) parking areas and entrance roads at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) South Table Mountain (STM) campus located in Golden, Colorado.
