The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) to support a diverse array of efforts across the country to create stakeholder-driven, replicable, multi-year solar deployment plans and strategies that would spur solar deployment across the United States.
ISC would be the National Coordinator for the Solar Market Pathways (SMP) portfolio, providing project management, coordination, and technical assistance to support the SMP network of awardees. The proposed project activities would also include peer-learning workshops and conferences. The proposed project would be limited exclusively to intellectual, academic, or analytical activities and would use no physical materials beyond basic office supplies and software.
