The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) proposes a project to enhance parking safety and improve emergency vehicle access to the Research Support Facility (RSF) A-Wing west courtyard at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) South Table Mountain (STM) campus located in Golden, Colorado.
