Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to install a bridge over Hillcrest Creek. The bridge installation project is necessary to: create a stable safe crossing of Hillcrest Creek for BPA operations, open a passage for native migratory fish where none currently exist, and reduce the frequency Hillcrest Creek overtops the roadway during the rainy season which results in scouring of the stream and roadbed.
