The project will be the complete physical demolition of Building 539 (Western South Boundary Air Stripper Control House) and all of its interior components. The building is 120 square feet and was built in 2002 as part of the Western South Boundary groundwater remediation system for volatile organic compounds in groundwater. The scope of work is limited to the building and foundation slab and does not include the blower tower or the concrete pad under the tower.
