PUD No. 1 of Cowlitz plans to replace an overhead distribution feeder from the Vader Substation with a 5.4 underground conductor along SR 506 to the unincorporated community of Ryderwood in Cowlitz County. Activities in addition to the undergrounding include terminations at pedestals, pad-mounted transformers, and tying in customer lines to the newly undergrounded lines.
