Subcontractor shall perform diagnostic and repair work on DOE owned workover rig No. 155 and return it to operation when breakdowns occur. Specific instructions for required corrections and/or repairs shall first be communicated through the SMTR. For repairs that require welding a repair procedure that includes a qualified welding procedure specification shall be submitted and approved.
