Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes installing substation equipment and fiber facilities on the Knight Substation parcel located near the City of Goldendale in Klickitat County, Washington. Further, BPA proposes to allow Carriger Solar LLC (Carriger) to install equipment and portions of Carriger's transmission structure on BPA fee-owned property.
