Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Coeur d’Alene Tribe (CDAT) to replace an aging, undersized culvert on Lake Creek at its intersection with Weller Road. The project would support improved passage for aquatic organisms, including westslope cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii), and reduce streambed scour and bank erosion occurring during high flows.
