CX-035913: Understanding and Mitigation of Natural Gas Co-firing Impact on FGD and ZLD Operation and Performance

Phase I focuses on the team formation and finalization, pre-FEED study related to co-fire retrofit, information collection on potential co-firing impacts on air pollution devices, and limited chemistry experimental studies on a pilot-scale WFGD operation. The information collected will be used in the development of the EIV and air permit application.
