CX-035909: P No. 1 (District SS Improvements) RP No. 2 (New 13kV Circuit Out of District SS)Smart Grid Project No. 3 (FLISR Implementation)

RP No. 1 - District Substation will be converted from a 46 kV to a 161 kV substation by replacing outdated attributes. RP No. 2- install a new 1.8 mile, 13 kV, 35 MVA, 795.0 kCMIL ACSS tie line on hardened steel structures between the West Point District and South West Point Substations. SG No. 3 - Install FLISR master station/server router, and network switch and connect to backup generator and UPS at West Point Water and Light's Operations Center. Install FLISR at each Substation VCB (10 total), 1/3 and 2/3 way points on each 13 kV feeder circuit (15 total), and normal open tie points between 13 kV feeder circuits (5 total).
