Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to correct one impairment on the John Day-Grizzly 500-kV No. 2 line and improve and reconstruct an access road to access the impairment. The impairment encroaches on the maximum allowed distance (MAD) between the John Day-Grizzly conductor and the ground surface. Correction of this impairment is necessary in order to bring the John Day-Grizzly No. 2 line into compliance.
