Project would convert the existing Burbank Water and Power 4 kilovolt (kV) electrical distribution system to a 12 kV system to deload existing 4 kV substations in the area and consolidate capacity (one 12 kV circuit can replace about three 4 kV circuits) at the 12 kV substations to retire 4 kV substations and circuits.
