Characterization of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) source area soil contamination, well installation, and volatile organic compound (VOC) vadose zone soil sampling to determine if clean-up levels have been met and the soil vapor extraction (SVE) system can be shut down and/or converted to a BaroBall SVE system. Revision 3 adds 30 locations (20 soil borings, 7 monitoring wells, and 3 hand auger borings).
