New RSWF capability/unit to design and install a storage pad for NRIC microreactors post-irradiation. Construction of a storage pad and necessary utility connections for DOME reactors after they have undergone nuclear testing. This pad serves as an interim storage location for cooldown and radionuclide decay prior to each reactor being defueled and decommissioned in a separate facility.
