Replace overhead distribution lines with underground in the older part of town including Delmar, Cherokee, Easton, Leawood, Hillside and Prairie View Streets. This area requires frequent tree trimming and experiences outages due to trees and critters. Moving to an underground system would address all of these issues for 200-250 homes.
