CX-035274: Enhancing Grid Reliability to Significantly Reduce Outages and Increase Power Restoration Times 

Twin County EPA is proposing four integrated projects, reconductoring and constructing a 1.5-mile tie line between Refuge and Swiftwater substations, reconductoring overloaded lines serving the North Greenville industrial site located north of the city of Metcalfe to support up to 3,000 kW of demand, upgrading breakers and relays at the Refuge substation to enhance monitoring and support capabilities, and strategically clearing utility right of way land, undergrounding and vegetation management.
