The proposed activity is the abandonment of six (6) F-Canyon perimeter groundwater monitoring wells (FCA 2D, FCA 9D, FCA 10A, FCA 10D, FCA 16A, and FCA 16D). In addition, the scope includes the abandonment of w/replacement of one (1) F-Seepage basin monitoring well (FSB-078-B). The new replacement well is FSB-078-BR.
