CX-034876: Replacing a Telephone Box and Phone in L-Area

A new telephone is needed in 105-L near the purification trailer space door. The existing phone lacks some of the needed emergency response capabilities. The phone box is not large enough to accommodate the new phone, thus it will also be replaced.
