CX-034783: Reseal Covers (Storage Tank Room Plugs, Heat Exchangers, Sealand Containers, etc.) in L-area

Plugs (hatch covers) for underground locations in L-area (i.e, storage tank room, heat exchanger room, etc.) will be cleaned and resealed. This is a routine maintenance activity that needs to be done periodically to prevent leakage of rainwater into the below grade areas of L-area. Revision 1: The scope is being expanded to cover using Ames seal system on other locations in L-Area including sea land containers.
