Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to replace existing structures on the Alcova-Copper Mountain (A-COP) 115-kV Transmission Line in Fremont and Natrona counties, Wyoming between Alcova (A) Substation and Copper Mountain (COP) Substation. The purpose of the project is to replace existing wood structures that have been identified as structurally deficient.
