Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region (WAPA) proposes to relocate poles of an approximately 0.25 mile stretch of the line that parallels Rose Avenue. This includes removing 2 poles and installing 3 new poles of the Tracy-Contra Costa 69-kV transmission line within the right-of-way on Rose Avenue, to accommodate widening Rose Avenue and facilitate ingress and egress to a new subdivision.
