East River Electric is building the Moody County Switching station on WAPA's Flandreau - Sioux Falls 115 Kv transmission line between structures 40/2 and 40/3. WAPA will own and maintain the turning structures outside the fence. East River Electric will own, build, and maintain the switching station. WAPA will require additional right -of-way (ROW) from East River Electric. The new structures will be on East River Electric owned property, as the station is adjacent to the T-line ROW.
