The current Portable Air Compressors have recently been replaced to increase reliability of backup process air. In addition to these new 3 compressors, one of the old compressors is being kept for backup vessel air purge purposes, tied to the Backup Vessel Air Purge Program, U-FSMP-H-00003. To fully utilize the additional fourth compressor, this design is to modify piping on the North-End Fixed Manifold to allow for the compressor to be hooked up via braided hose.
