The tribe plans to sub award to their own division of commerce and utilize the 3rd party contractor, Biosafe, to complete the work. They plan to install engineering controls, building automation, and energy monitoring technology in 44 existing tribal facilities. All installation to be completed on existing structures and no outside construction is required.
