The proposed action includes Information Gathering, Analysis, and Dissemination, and the performance of geotechnical investigation and percolation testing of the soil within the proposed action location. Proposed activities include the use of a drill rig with a hollow stem auger and potential use of a mini-excavator to obtain soil samples, and the potential to install piezometers, or create a test pit in which percolation testing may be performed.
