Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) to install a fish screen, headgate, and water measuring device at the Pine Creek 1B site in Grant County, Oregon. The project elements would be installed on private land within an irrigation ditch that seasonally diverts flow from Pine Creek, which is a tributary of the Upper Mainstem John Day River.
