The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to administer Congressionally Directed Spending to the City of Lima, Ohio, for the design and installation of a floating solar photovoltaic (PV) system. DOE previously completed a NEPA Determination (ND) (GFO- 0010170-001: exclusions A9, B5.16, B5.25, signed 9/14/2023) for the design, field testing, and installation of an anchoring system. This ND focuses on the installation of the PV system itself.
