Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to allow AT and T to upgrade their antennas and related telecommunication equipment at the Lake Alice site on transmission tower 4/1 of the Echo Lake - Monroe No. 1 transmission line. The structure is located on private property with an existing easement. Telecommunications equipment would be removed and installed on the existing tower.
