The settler tank area outside the Material Access Center outside 105-L has a needed corrective action. A pipe needs a threaded cap on the drainage line. The current pipe is not threaded. To accomplish this a replacement flange, threaded pipe and pipe cap need to be installed along with removal of a gasket.
