CX-033544: Project Tundra CCS Commercial Demonstration– Phase 1

OCED is proposing to provide funding to the Dakota Carbon Center East Project, LLC in support of Phase 1 of the Project Tundra CCS Commercial Demonstration project in Center, North Dakota led by Minnkota Power Cooperative and TC Energy. The project would develop the capture, transport, and storage of carbon dioxide from the Milton R. Young Station coal-fired power plant. This categorical exclusion (CX) determination applies to Phase 1 which would include the development of final engineering and design.
