CX-033175: Plugging Process Sewer Pipe inside manhole P-43 near 607-20H

This Temp Mod will install a Peterson Products Company Multi-Flex inflatable plug inside manhole P43 near 607-20H. See NNSA-H-2024-00017, R0 for initial revision of this scope of work. This EEC was created to temporarily pull the plug to allow the water behind the plug to pass through and to discharge the 233-H process sump (per procedure) which the plug is not installed. The plug will then be replaced at P-43.
